1. Strong .Net technical experience.
2. Strong experience in WPF, XAML.
3. Understanding in WCF and REST.
4. Prism and MVVM. (Added advantage)
5. Unit Testing.

For Leads

1. Strong .Net technical experience.
2. Strong experience in WPF,  XAML, Prism and MVVM.
3. Experience in WCF and REST.
4. WIF, .Net Security model.
5. Experience in any 3rd party tools (WPF Inspector, Snoop, any 3rd party controls)
6. Unit Testing, Code Analysis, Code Coverage, Code Metrics etc.
7. Windows Azure, ACS (Optional)
8. .NET4.5 and WPF4.5 (Optional)
